Introduction: These terms of agreement (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the customer (the "Customer") and iPrint (the "Company") regarding the purchase of custom apparel products from the Company. By placing an order with the Company, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Product Description: The Company shall provide the Customer with custom apparel products that are made to the Customer's specifications. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for the custom products. The Company shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the Customer's specifications.
Ordering and Payment: The Customer may place an order with the Company by submitting an order form on the Company's website or by contacting the Company directly. The Customer shall be responsible for paying the full price of the products, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs, at the time of placing the order.
Production and Shipping: The Company shall produce and ship the custom products to the Customer within the time frame agreed upon at the time of ordering. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in production or shipping caused by factors beyond its control.
Returns and Refunds: The Company does not accept returns or issue refunds for custom products. If the Customer receives a damaged or defective product, the Company will provide a replacement or issue a refund at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the custom products.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
Changes to the Agreement: The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes to the Agreement via email or on the Company's website.
Acceptance: By placing an order with the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
